I bought a house built in ‘55 that has a lot of history. Jerry and his team took the time to understand my issues (humidity, duct leaks, new thermostat) and took care of it A-Z. Switching our service agreement to QC Mechanical was a good move. Austin discovered there was no coolant in the unit, but could not find the leak. He called later and asked to come back on his day off to dig deeper and found the problem. Prompt, knowledgeable, polite and determined. The unit was old so we decided to replace it. Scotty and his team showed up a couple days later. It is a tight crawl space, but they worked hard to fit everything in and connected. They too were knowledgeable, polite and explained what they were doing. Ethan in the office stayed in touch before, during and after the installation. All of them demonstrate old fashioned customer service like it used to be. I would highly recommend Matt Walker and his crew of guys who get it done right.

A family friend recommended I call QC Mechanical when my furnace died in the middle is winter. Jerry came out immediately and gave us a great quote for a new HVAC system. Their price was extremely competitive and their financing options were great. Chris and his crew came out to remove the old system and install the new one that week. They even came out on a Saturday to make sure everything was working for my son's birthday party. The new system works great! QC Mechanics is great! This was just a routine service check. The let me know when they were on the way and was thorough and very friendly.

I have several investment properties and I call QC Mechanical to service all of them. It is easy to place a service call, get the work scheduled, and the techs are excellent at fixing the problems. I worked with their team of techs when I had to install a new HVAC this spring. Scotty and Chris recently serviced two of my properties for A/C issues with great results.
