What a great experience working with QC Mechanical and technician Chris Cherry! We had a leak on our evaporator coil that was luckily still under warranty. The team at QC mechanical handled all of the warranty paperwork, ordered the part and installed it quickly and professionally. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I don’t normally leave reviews for companies, but this experience really was exceptional. Can’t recommend this team enough. It’s rare these days to find a HVAC company that is fair, professional and great with communication… glad to have found QC Mechanical.

Ricky N. is very thorough with his spring and fall visits. If there is an issue or something that needs my attention he goes through his pictures to show me what is going on. The upfront pricing is helpful and they will let you pay monthly when the cost can be high for the repairs.

I want to thank Jerry, Chris and Robert for going way above and beyond in fixing our residential furnace during the recent winter storm. Not many technicians work on boilers these days and it was a complicated repair with hard-to-find parts. The professionalism, customer service and expertise were off the charts great. I switched from another service provider to QC Mechanical after seeing how honest the owner of the company was and It was clear we were dealing with a different type of HVAC company after my first interaction. I had an emergency and couldn't get a hold of our existing service so Rob, a neighbor of ours, immediately put me in touch with the owner and he gave me FREE advice. Read that again. They could have charged me, but instead offered to walk me through it over the phone at no charge. I immediately switched our preventative maitenance agreement over and haven't looked back. Our first service appointment with Austen was smooth, despite our complicated set-up at our house. We have 4 units and some of them are quite old. Austen clearly explained everything, took detailed pictures and notes and made a recommendation for something we needed done. I immediately trusted him. I didn't have that feeling in my gut this time like, "Do I really need this?" Anyone that owns a home should have a preventative maitenance agreement and should go to QC for it. Highly recommend. Rob answers my questions and also checks in to see if I am satisfied. Just an all around honest, local company I can get behind.

I have had multiple services performed by QC Mechanical. Scotty and Zack have worked on my HvAc and did an excellent job with zero mess and never missed a finish date. They have been able to make emergency calls to service my hvac with immediate attention and solution. QC has also reconfigured a hvac mini split system in a complicated roof structure. They most recently hooked up gas tankless hot water heaters removing and disposing the damaged units and the came once again on an emergency call. They offer options and solutions and do perfect work in the most timely manner. I highly recommend them and have extensive expertise with all trades and these are the best and most experienced contractors for electrical and mechanical I have come across. Karen Shaw

Jerry came out because my heat wasn’t working properly. Come to find out the company that installed the unit put the thermostat on an exterior wall so the cold air was making it colder than it was really. Jerry hooked me up with some WiFi thermostats with sensors! QC MECHANICAL IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

Our heat stopped working a few days before a winter storm. I called QC Mechanical that morning, and they were able to send Austin out that same day. He fixed a sensor issue and got our heat back up and running. Austin also did some maintenance to make sure everything would keep working properly. We really appreciate the quick response and great service. Would definitely recommend QC Mechanical.

This company can do it all. I contracted QC Mechanical to replace my old furnace and AC system and they did a great job. Scotty and Zack worked carefully and quickly removing the old unit from our 2nd floor room and installed the new unit with equal enthusiasm. Jerry oversaw the project and made sure all aspects met our expectations. I received a quote from another company that couldn't come close to QC Mechanicals price. I can't say enough good about them!
